The location is very secluded, with a private beach with warm water for swimming and you are only a 7 minute drive to all of the conveniences offered in the Town of Montague. Kayaking rentals are available minutes away and you are within 20 minutes of Brudenell and Dundarave Golf Courses. Seafood can be found in Montague for those summer evenings on the deck and you can clam dig at low tide. Panmure Island and Basin Head Beaches are also within 30 minutes. Plus a modern, comfortable, spacious cottage with all of the comforts of home!

Directions from the Airport

1. From Airport head to the Hillsborough Bridge
2. From Hillsborough Bridge , take Highway # 1 eastbound, proceeding approx 18 km
3. At Busters Gas Bar (located on your right in Cherry Valley ) turn left onto Highway # 3, this is well signed directing you towards Montague.
4. Travel on Highway#3 approx 16-17 km until you reach the major intersection at Poole’s Corner( gas station on left, Whim Inn on right) this is a four way stop, turn right onto Highway#4 and head 3 km into Montague , continue through town and after crossing the bridge , proceed through traffic light , which brings you onto Highway 17. this is known and Main Street throughout town and the change to one highway to another is not significant.
5. Follow Highway # 17 about 2 km through the countryside till first paved road on the left just passed Shady Rest Motel also on left
6. Turn left onto Lower Montague Road, veering right at immediate junction and continue 2.5 km, passing the Lower Montague Wharf on left, the road now becomes St Andrews Pt Rd. Cottage Civic Address is #211 St. Andrews Point Road (located on the left)

1. Once off the Confederation Bridge take the Trans Canada Highway East for aprox 50-60 min to Charlottetown. From Charlottetown you will continue east and cross the Hillsborough Bridge.
2. From Hillsborough Bridge, take Highway #1 eastbound, proceeding approx. 18 km.

4. 1. Leaving the ferry loading area head west on Hwy # 1 toward Charlottetown, about 1.5km take Rte #315 on right heading toward Montague, passing through Caledonia, Brooklyn, Kilmuir. This is a country 2 lane road dotted with farms and homesteads along the way.
2. At junction of #315 and Hwy 4 (Liquor Store on right) turn left at stop sign, heading into Montague, turn right at the traffic light at the bottom of hill. You are now on Hwy 17.
3. Follow Highway #17 about 2 km through the countryside till first paved road on the left, just passed Shady Rest Motel also on left.
4. Turn left onto Lower Montague Road, veering right at immediate junction and continue 2.5 km, passing the Lower Montague Wharf on left, the road now becomes St.Andrew’s Pt. Road, continue to civic address #211 located on the left. This is Banner Point Beach House!!
